Wash cloths

A while ago I introduced my mum to knitting cotton washcloths, when I made two, a pale blue and a yellow one. She began knitting with great energy and experimented with various patterns, colours, and designs. As a result her washcloths have been in great demand. She has made washcloths for all our family in Ireland and the UK.

She came to visit a few days ago and brought two, a pale blue one, and a white one. They look perfect in the bathroom and are just lovely on the skin. Thank you Mum.

Big hugs,

Margie

They look so soft. I didn't know that people also knit these for anything other than dishcloths. I use our "dishcloths" as table napkins. They're the right size and wash up so well.

Ah, bless her! My aunt loves to make dishcloths, which are really work horses on the pots and pans. Thanks for your visit to my blog. I have enjoyed snooping around yours as well. Love the little hearts!
Big hugs to you and yours, and good wishes on your studies.

They're lovely, sweet soft shades! They're on my to-do list too, think it's nice and relaxing to knit them.

Hello Margie! Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I know you are likely up to your eyeballs with school and all of that, but I hope you are getting along and enjoying it all. Lovely washcloths. Your mom did a grand job.
