My Kitchen Aid does not get enough use, I tend to use it for pancakes, however when Leiny is home she puts it to work, making cupcakes.
Today she baked honey and vanilla cupcakes, she found the recipe on here, she is putting Betty Crocker frosting on them....yum, yum. The perfect pick me up for the January blues.What is your recipe for beating the January blues?
