Chez Margie hosted another of Heike's basketmaking sessions in May, four beautiful baskets were completed on the day, there were two beginners, Margaret and Eilish, who both made circular baskets and were brave enough to put handles on too. Sheila and Clodagh have some experience and they both tackled shopping baskets with excellent results.
I love how the buff and native willows blend to make these stunning colours. Again we were spoiled totally by Clodagh's beautiful baking, scones and jam, bread and cakes.The workshops are all finished for the summer, and Autumn planning is underway.
